BART STRATA is a boutique Strata Management Agency that specialises in the management of residential and commercial properties, from small to high-rise apartments, and offices suites.
With over 18 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the strata industry, we provide our Owners and Strata Committees with sound advice and management best practices.
At BART STRATA we offer dedicated and personalised service to Owners and Committees. We do this through the allocation of a smaller portfolio, which allows us the much-needed time to be responsive, keep up to date with day to day management activities, and any special projects taking place including site visits for more hands-on management.
We know how important communication is and we strive to keep in regular contact with our Owners and Residents.
